Mechanical Design Engineer (Medical Devices)£35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Training + 33 Days holiday + Company BenefitsCommutable from Haydock, St Helens, Newton-le-Willows, Wigan, Warrington, Kirkby, Widnes.Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer looking to work for a market leading medical devices manufacturer where you will play a key role in the innovation & design of a brand new product rangeOn offer is a fantastic opportunity to get on board with a rapidly expanding business who pride themselves on developing their staff, you will receive specialist training whilst working on a number of technical products.In this role you will design and develop both new and existing product to be put forward for manufacture, using the latest in CAD & design software.The company are industry leaders within their field and have exciting plans for further growth, including innovation and expansion of their product line, making this an excellent time for a ambitious Design Engineer to get on board.This role would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in the design of electro-mechanical / plastic products.The Role:

  • Design & develop a wide range of both existing and new products
  • Utilise modern CAD software to create designs for manufacture
  • Ongoing specialist training and development opportunities
The Person:
  • Mechanical Design Engineer
  • Solidworks or Creo experience
  • Electro-mechanical / plastics background
