Are you a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable role with excellent internal training in the St Helens areaAre you electrically qualifiedDo you want to work with cutting edge machineryLONG ESTABLISHED INTERNATIONAL COMPANY: A long established company, active in over 50 countries around the world, offering complete industrial washing technology solutions. The company offer a turnkey solution which includes the service and maintenance of their equipment on various sites around the UK.THE OPPORTUNITY: You will work in a team of maintenance engineers providing routine planned preventative maintenance on customer equipment and will conduct periodic tests. As a maintenance engineer, you will carry out reactive work on breakdowns, fault finding, diagnosing and fixing issues in order to keep the plant operational with minimal downtime. You will be working on a range of electromechanical equipment including industrial washers, dryers, conveyers and steam generators.This role is a days positionTHE CANDIDATE: Will ideally hold a City & Guilds electrical qualification. This company is open to recruiting people from other Maintenance Engineer roles including ex-forces engineers as well as engineers from production / manufacturing environments. Previous experience with PLCs, Invertors, Hydraulics and Pneumatics, industrial laundry or steam plant would be a distinct advantage.THE PACKAGE:
