HR Officer, Haydock, Permanent, £23,000 - £24,000I am delighted to be supporting my client in Haydock who is looking for an HR Officer to join them due to a period of growth and transformation.Reporting into the HR Manager and forming part of the wider HR team, your remit is to support the HR Advisor with projects as well as the generalist, daily HR tasks. Ideally you will be a Graduate or level 3 CIPD qualified with minimal previous HR experience.As HR Officer you will:* Provide first class front line advisory and administration service to colleagues and managers * Support with administration including issuing all documentation relating to the employee life cycle* Conduct employee exit interviews and inductions* Assist in ER matters including disciplinary and performance management* Work with internal Marketing Department to ensure communication of good news on internal and external channels, use of company website* Coordinate employee life events including birthdays, new babies and bereavements* Support on Employee Wellbeing initiatives* Lead the recruitment activities for weekly paid roles including advertising roles on all platforms including Indeed, Linked In and social media, arranging shortlisting exercises with hiring managers, contacting, and updating candidates, attending interviewsand supporting the onboarding process* Support employment branding activities with local partners including Chamber of Commerce, DWP and AgenciesYou will be a Graduate or Level 3 CIPD qualified and be committed to further study (Level 5 and/or 7). You will be positive and passionate about HR with a genuine desire to progress. You will have previous experience of managing your own workload in a proactiveand results focused manner as well as being always confidential and discrete.
