Job Description

Working ~38 hours per week, two day-shifts and two sleeping-night shifts, on a four-on four-off rota.Experience in care is essential, and working with homelessness and/or children is desirable.IntroductionJoin our clients dynamic team in Liverpool, a forward-thinking charity dedicated to sustaining communities, reducing homelessness, and championing the health and well-being of vulnerable adults and young people. They are on a mission to improve life chancesfor the next generation through innovative programmes and practical solutions.The RoleAs an Evening Homeless Support Worker, you’ll be a frontline hero reporting to the registered manager within the dynamic places department of their housing, support, and wellbeing service. Be an essential part of the team, working collaboratively to monitorthe well-being of families and deliver top-notch support for parenting assessments.Exciting responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with colleagues and the scheme/registered manager to ensure family well-being.
  • Guiding families to achieve targeted expectations and contribute to fair assessments.
  • Promoting good parenting by supporting positive habits and behaviour changes.
  • Empowering families to take control of their lives and achieve key outcomes.

Person Specification
