Job Description

Commercial Gas Engineer £38,000 per annumFull-time, permanentMerseysideM&Y Maintenance and Construction is now recruiting a Commercial Gas Engineer to work with our M&E team in Merseyside. About the roleWe are looking for enthusiastic applicants who want to make a difference within our M&E team. This role will carry out commercial gas servicing and repairs on the Regenda and third party properties.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate significant experience in commercial gas maintenance in a responsive repairs and / or building maintenance role. You will also possess the following qualifications:

  • CCN1
  • CENWAT1
  • HTR1
  • CKR1
  • MET1
  • CCCN1 or CODNG1
  • ICPN1
  • CIGA1
  • TPCP1 or 1a.
    • A commercial catering qualification is an advantage. You will also possess a positive approach to customer care and be able to establish and maintain good customer / client / colleague relationships.A full UK driving license and a basic DBS check is required for this position.About M&Y Maintenance and ConstructionM&Y Maintenance and Construction provides responsive repairs, planned works, renewables and new build services to clients across the North West.
