Job Description

An innovative company in St Albans, who offer excellent training and development opportunities, are looking for a Service Administrator to join their friendly team.This is a varied and interested role within a fast paced and busy environment. You will work within a team of 4 and will be cross trained so you can support your colleagues.Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods
  • Completing in house jobs and invoicing customers
  • Using the courier’s online systems to expedite goods
  • Answering incoming phone calls & distributing as appropriate
  • Processing sales/service orders and following through to completion
  • Covering the team’s activities (holidays/absence etc) cross training provided
  • General system housekeeping (maintaining up to date information)
  • What the employer is looking for:
  • You will have at least 1 years’ administration experience
  • Meticulous administrative skills, attention to detail is an absolute must
  • Able to prioritise jobs as they come in according to urgency
  • Being proactive in all aspects
