Job Description

Residential Conveyancer Position AvailableLocation:St AlbansJob Type:Full-TimeSalary:CompetitiveAbout Us:We are a well-established law firm specializing in property law and conveyancing. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfersof equity.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting all aspects of conveyancing from initial instruction to completion.
  • Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and amending various legal documents.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • Maintaining high standards of client care and service.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor orLicensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executivewith experience residential conveyancing.
  • Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
