The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfersof equity.Key Responsibilities:

Conducting all aspects of conveyancing from initial instruction to completion.
Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process.
Drafting, reviewing, and amending various legal documents.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction.
Maintaining high standards of client care and service.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor orLicensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executivewith experience residential conveyancing.
Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
