Someone who loves collaborating and teamwork, but also with the ability to manage and lead a team. You will lead this department autonomously reporting directly to the founder. You will have exceptional attention to detail and are meticulous to a fault,along with excellent problem solving and analytical skills. You will crave the opportunity to grow, manage and lead a team ensuring their development whilst ensuring customers receive products that match the high quality, they expect.The Role You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the supply chain to ensure stock is delivered and live on site in line with the critical path. You will be accountable for price negotiations and product costs ensuring the business’s margin goals aremet. You will be the key contact for our supplier network, monitoring contracted SLAs and working to maintain and develop lasting relationships with suppliers.Skills
