With years of experience of catering for happy customers, we are now looking for a talented Motorcycle Service Manager to help continue deliver this customer experience.About the RoleThe Service Manager role is one of the toughest and demanding roles in our Dealerships. The role is critical in supporting the Dealership General Manager and the Group to reach their objectives. The role holder is not only determined to achieve outstanding customer service results but is also extremely financially and sales orientated. Therefore, we are looking for an exceptional individual who is able to demonstrate a successful track record within the role, with experience of working within experience in the Motor Industry. You must be committed to achieving excellence. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus it to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team.
