As part of an Academy they work in partnership with another primary school to provide an outstanding education for its pupils. They ensure success for pupils through innovative and inspirational teaching, as both schools work together to share best practice.The positions are offered at Graduate level candidates who are looking at gaining school based experience to support teacher training applications or those that are maybe considering a post in Education but who want to gain experience in the sector before committing to Teacher TrainingThe role will see the successful candidate providing 1:1 support or taking small groups of pupils who require intervention due to falling behind their targeted attainment levels or the gifted and talented who have progressed beyond the rest of their class.
