Warehouse Assistant / Administrator with proven warehouse and office administration experience, excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail is required for a busy Depot based in Spaldwick, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.Please Note: This depot will be moving to Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire in the next few months, and this will become the new place of work. Candidates applying for this role should be able to commute to both Spaldwick and FenstantonSALARY: Competitive + Benefits (33 Days Annual Leave including Bank Holidays, Incentive Schemes, Private Healthcare and Pension SchemeLOCATION: Spaldwick, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire - moving to Fenstanton in the next few monthsTYPE: Full-Time, Permanent / Annualised Hours - a flexible approach to your working pattern and hours will be essential to meet the seasonality of the businessWORKING HOURS: 8am to 5pm Core hours although during busy periods you could be required to work more, but this would be balanced with working less hours during the quieter seasonJOB OVERVIEWWe have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Warehouse Assistant / Administrator with proven warehouse and office administration experience, excellent communication skills and a high attention to detail.Working as the Warehouse Assistant / Administrator you will report directly to the Depot Supervisor and will undertake a multi-skilled combination of Warehouse Assistant and Depot Assistant duties, with the majority of the time spent in the warehouse toinclude duties such as picking/packing/loading vehicles.Getting orders right is a necessity for the drivers to ensure the customers receive the right goods at the right time. As the Warehouse Assistant / Administrator you will be required to work in the office and assist both the Depot Supervisor and Depot Assistantwith running an effective, best practice office.You will work closely with all team members and the wider business to ensure the organisation meets its high professional standards of distribution and safe operating procedures.ABOUT THE COMPANYThe Company is a leading supplier of agronomy advice, seed, crop protection products and precision farming services.
