My client provides a range of affordable housing options primarily to those who have been let down by the private sector.As a Service Charge Analyst, you will be part of a team working with colleagues to ensure all relevant costs for services provided by the landlord, either by 3rd party contractors or internal teams, are identified within ERP system, coded to correct costallocation pools, and checked for completeness. This forms the basis of our service charge estimates. Additionally, you will ensure that rent charges are correctly charged for each tenure type and are reviewed in accordance with the Rent Standard, associatedlegislation and any applicable lease agreement.
