Administration / P.AMy Client is a leading foreign exchange brokerage with clients worldwide and years of experience.Due to a dept move, they now seek an Administrator / PA to assist the MD with the smooth running of Operations and Administration.This would suit an Administrator / PA ( Personal Assistant) with strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, reliability and the ability to multitask.The Administrator/ PA will normally deal with clients over the phone and via email; while offering polite telephone etiquette.Typical duties will include:Navigating through the CRM and trading platformsCross-referencing FX trades with clients fundsResponse to compliance Queries and our payment teamEnsuring clients funds reach their suppliers as soon as possibleRinging clients to confirm new supplier detailsArrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshmentsManage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mailAnswer phone calls and transfer them as necessaryDraft, format, and print relevant documentsMaintain stock lists and order office supplies as neededCreate agendas and take meeting notesMaintain accurate records for employee holiday requestsManage outgoing posts and records data on special deliveriesPhotocopy and file appropriate documents as neededCommunicate with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and employee eventsWorking hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm (this may vary depending on business needs)IT Skills: MS Word - IntermediateMS Excel -IntermediateMs Outlook - GoodBenefits include:Casual days every FridaySummer and Christmas office partyOccasional nights outCompany bonuses and incentives
