They are a well-established company that have been in the business for over 20 years. They are currently searching for telesales personnel to join them in their brand-newoffice located in Southend.They are looking for Sales Executives who are passionate, participative, outgoing, energetic, and highly driven to succeed. Based within our Telesales team, you will strive to deliver agreed sales targets and in return you will be given a competitive commissionstructure within this industry. You will work under a team manager who will help you understand the role and company and check all leads/ bookings before booking appointments or sending out contracts.Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling a variety of businesses across the UK to offer our range of machines or book an appointment for a sales representative to visit site.
  • Reaching monthly, quarterly and yearly bonuses. Including team bonuses and individual incentives.
  • Sending out E-SIGN documents for sales made.
Experience & Skills
  • Ideally, you will have at least 1 years experience of working in a telesales environment. However, this is not necessary if you have the positive attitude to want to learn quickly and succeed as training will be given on our products.
  • Be highly motivated towards exceeding targets and commission objectives.
  • Have a confident telephone manner and be resilient to rejections.
  • Be self-motivated and able to use your own initiative.
  • Most importantly, you have the mindset that you want to better your future to earn money and join a team with endless opportunities.
