Job Description

Kitchen Extract & Duct Cleaning SupervisorSouthend-on-Sea£24,000-£32,000 + Benefits (Depending on Experience)A specialist in air hygiene and duct cleaning services our brilliant clients is now seeking skilled kitchen extract and duct cleaning engineers to join their team of industry experts. They have been consistently growing for 40 years due to the high qualitywork they deliver all to TR19 standards.This is a great chance for an experienced and skilled Kitchen Extract & Duct Cleaning Engineer to embark on the next step in their career. If this sounds like you then you could be working for one of the best companies in the industry who put the qualityof their work first and upkeep their high standards by continuously investing and training their employees.Key Duties and Tasks of a Kitchen Extract & Duct Cleaning Supervisor:

  • Taking grease readings and clean grease trays.
  • To guide, mentor and train less experienced member of staff.
  • To complete fire damper tests and inspections.
  • Ensuring all employees have correct PPE and uniform.
  • Deep cleaning of kitchen canopies, filters, and extraction systems.
  • To take before and after pictures of work completed driving high standards.
  • To oversee all aspects of kitchen canopy/ductwork cleaning and write reports of work completed.
Skills & Requirements of a Kitchen Extract & Duct Cleaning Supervisor:
  • A full UK license is essential for this position.
  • You must be willing to travel as this is a field based role.
  • You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • You will be confined space trained, and work to TR19 standards.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a must for the supervisory position.
  • You must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check and be vaccinated against covid-19.
