Warehouse Manager - South Warwickshire - £40,000 - £45,000An experienced warehouse manager with great people skills and team management skills to lead a growing warehouse for a fantastic business.Who youll be working for:Our client is a leading distributor who is looking to expand their team. They are hoping to find a brilliant warehouse manager to lead the warehouse and logistics team. In return they are offering a competitive salary and fantastic working environment.What youll be doing:

Managing and maintaining stock accuracy within the warehouse.
Generating reports and following up for any stock discrepancies and picking errors.
Aiming to continuously improve the warehouses productivity.
Creating a safe working environment for all warehouse operatives within the warehouse.
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with people at all levels across the business.

What we need from you:

Experience of working within a high-volume warehouse environment.
The ability to lead and engage a team.
Strong communications skills in order to build strong relationship with key stakeholders both inside and outside of the business,
An understanding of using quality principles, continuous improvement and other associated tools and techniques.
Computer literate being fully conversant in MS Excel.
Commitment to learning and development of the team and yourself.
