SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Southam who are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join the team Office based £24,000 rising to £25,500 after probabtion No experience required but looking to get in to a Sales Admin role and a potential route to an Account Manager in the future The role will expose you to marketing, sales, websites, social media, CRM and gain product knowledge. The role will include 1. Developing close relationships with these customers enabling greater influence on the customer purchase 2. To give technical advice on the product 3. To advise customers of short or late deliveries 4. Work within the team to support each other in maximising sales and customer service 5. To supply market information about competitors to the Company Management 6. Dealing with inbound sales enquiries, processing orders, chasing deliveries The person 1. Good communication skills verbal, written, email. 2. To be comfortable talking on the phone, with a diverse range of personnel from Business Owners, Directors, Managers, Accounts and fitters 3. Good IT skills. Keyboard skills will be a given, the advantage of having a good knowledge of Excel, DocuSign, and experience in transactional websites 4. To be able to work within the team to the benefit of all 5. Quick customer service in answering calls, enquiries and processing orders 6. Good listening skills, empathy with customer 7. A resilient personality, to be able to deal with occasional difficult customer calls Compensation package 1. The role is office based but some flexibility will be given to occasional home working where necessary 2. Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.30 30 minutes lunch break, 1 in 4 Saturday 8.30-12.30 which can be done at home once full training has been done 3. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays 4. Salary start £24,000 rising to £25,500 on successful completion of the 6 month probationary period, which may be extended in the event of standards not being met 5. Upon successful completion of the probationary period and training the successful candidate will be added to a bonus scheme based on customer sales to target which can add up to an additional £500 plus per month
