An exciting opportunity exists at Galanos House, Southam for a Registered Nurse (Nights) to become part of a team that is committed to the development of a high quality service for the long term care of older people. This role will be based in our Dementiaunit, previous experience caring for people with Dementia is essential for this role.As a Registered Nurse, you will promote through the care team, a stimulating and caring environment by exhibiting high standards of professional practice, to enhance the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of our residents.You will have demonstrable clinical experience relevant to the sector within a care home or similar environment and experience of leading a team. Awareness of Health and Safety regulations is essential. Overall, well provide you with our outstanding training,and all we ask from you is flexibility and a willingness to learn.
