Nursery Assistant/Practitioner - Specialist Provision - Rugby - Primary and SecondaryHave you worked in Education settings before Are you looking for a change, or a new challenge Are you passionate about wanting the best for children and young pupils with additional needs Have you worked with children who have additional needs A specialist provision in Rugby that is an all through provision and caters for all young learners from the age of 4 - 19 years old is recruiting for experienced one to one teaching assistants or nursery practitioners, or people looking to get into the fieldof education. If you have had a care work or support workers background and have previously worked with children, this role may be for you. This role is full time (Monday to Friday) and term time working. The school are also recruiting for permanent contractsafter 12 - 14 weeks for the right candidates and is an immediate or October half term start.The school is always looking to expand their excellent staffing team with new passionate and engaging staff that can help the children and young pupils of the setting. The school are interested in innovative and dedicated classroom assistants who can offera tailored approach to childrens learning who can support students and young pupils who have a range of needs.The ideal candidate for this role would be a talented and experienced Teaching Assistant who has worked with children who have additional needs and are happy to work on a one to one basis. You must also be passionate and willing to support students no matterwhat they need.The school is currently looking to secure staff that can help the schools vision and journey to consolidate a good rated OFSTED. We are seeking and recruiting on behalf of the school for candidates that have:* Experience with SEN pupils (personally or within a classroom setting)* Experience within a School or Education settings* Updated and clean DBS on the update service, or willing to have one processed* The ability to inspire children from all different backgrounds * To work as part of a team* Unqualified teaching assistants will still be considered* Temporary to permanent contracts considered after 12 weeks* Ability to work and communicate with external agencies* Adhere and follow all safeguarding policiesI am very keen to speak with SEN teaching assistants that feel like they would be suited to the role.
