33 days holiday, paid overtime, yearly profit related bonus, working days only (No shift work), healthcare, pension.Role Definition:Working within the Maintenance team, for a manufacturing company in Southam.JOB PROFILE Carry out Risk Assessments in liaison with other parties as required Set-up and allocate resource to achieve adherence to deadlines (this will include, on occasions, working outside of normal Company hours) Supervise subcontractors whilst on site Maintenanceof all documentation as required by ISO9001/Safety systems (e.g. Power Press Regulations) Liaise and prioritise with manufacturing on a daily basis their requirements in respect to breakdowns, etc. General dailymaintenanceof building and facilities, internal and external. Assist production in identifying any specialist tools/equipment required ensuring compliance with currentlegislation (e.g. jigs, fixtures, etc) Maintain plant and equipment (both under a PM schedule and breakdowns) Determine/control spares stock levels Manufacture and maintain manufacturing aids as specified. Undertake when necessary rework operations required on producte.g.chassis members, T-Poles, etc. (thismay include welding) Conduct basic machine shop practice training of others when required Supervise any users of tool room plant and equipment to ensure safe use Maintain housekeeping in appropriate work areas Keep up to date on any new plant, equipment, etc introduced into the company Deputise as and when required Keep up to date with H&S legislation, ie codes of practice, etcSkills and Ability: Milling Grinding Turning Practical use of general machine shop equipment Ability to fault-find and problem-solve Read engineering drawings Knowledge and understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic circuitry Computer Literate Clean driving licenceDesirable: FLT driver Electricalmaintenance/installation Mig welding Crane operation (including slinging)INDE
