Due to even further growth plans, a fantastic opportunity has risen for a Customer Account Manager to be responsible for the day to day running of all aspects of new and existing customers which are in line with the business and clients needs.The Customer Account Manager role:
  • Build and maintain client relationships to maximise margins
  • Liaise with internal departments on new business as well as organic growth of existing opportunities
  • Negotiate and understand clients objectives in line with identifying potential risks to the business
  • Create product specifications to meet the needs of your customer
  • Capture key information enabling you to promote relevant products and services
  • Effective diary management to maximise productivity
The Customer Account Manager Candidate:
  • Customer Account Management experience is essential
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Self-driven and motivated with a passion to succeed
  • Proven experience in prioritising workload as well as multitasking
  • Ability to respond positively to setbacks
