I have a full-time role for a Credit controller needed ASAP on a 12-month FTCin Southam. The job role is collecting debt for domestic and small commercial customers so experience in this field would be beneficial. You will be part of a fantastic companythat is developing rapidly.Duration of contract: 12months Fixed Term ContractHours: 8:3016:30or 09:30 17:30. Two shift patterns which are rotated on a weekly basis. 37.5 hours/weekDate Required: Immediate startKey responsibilities will include: Manage customers through the entire credit control process Debt collection, cash allocation and query resolution Reduce late payments, minimise debt and optimise cash flow into the business Building good relationships with customersWhat skills & experience do I need to demonstrate Experience of credit control and account reconciliation- Experience of credit control experience (min 12 months) Strong administrative experience Preferably experience of domestic and commercial credit control A minimum of Grace C in English and Maths at GCSE level or equivalent is required IT literate with good working knowledge of Excel Ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels Ability to work to targets Well organised and thorough High levels of attention to detail and accuracy A flexible, enthusiastic approach to teamwork and the ability to deal with an ever-changing environment A genuine desire to work in Credit ControlIf you are interested, please apply below with your latest CV
