Job Description

Prospect Personnel is seeking 2 Sales Administrators for our rapidly expanding client based in Southam. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the sales team, assisting with the day-to-day operations of the sales department.This position will provide administrative support to the sales department, including data entry, customer service, and other duties as assigned.Requirements:

  • Good MS Office and computer literacy skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Previous admin experience preferred however they would be willing to look at candidates with no experience if they are enthusiastic and motivated to start a career
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the Business Development managers with any customer enquiries
  • Liaise with customers/suppliers daily to ensure jobs are completed on time
  • Booking and registering of training courses
  • Sending out necessary documentation to customers
