A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Wood Machinist to join this independent Timber and Builders merchant group. The role Setting up and operating machines and equipment such as moulders, panel saws and spindles Co-ordinate with other departments within the branch Accurately forecasting time taken to complete jobs to enable correct pricing given to the customer Process and deliver all customer orders accurately and efficientlyMaintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment at all timesExperience required A strong understanding of wood with knowledge of both soft and hard wood timber Experience in operating wood cutting machinery such as moulders Working knowledge of health and safety regulationsExcellent communication and customer service skills Good organisation and communication skillsRelevant experience in wood machineryIT literateMandeville is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
