Job Description

Job Purpose: The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for assisting in the production of online and marketing assets, print collateral, event logistics and organisation (both UK and internationally) and supplier/stakeholder liaison.This is an extremely fast-paced role, which will suit an organised and dynamic individual who is confident to share ideas and provide feedback to the wider team.Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Support the marketing manager and wider team to plan, prepare and project manage the creation of all marketing materials to maximise brand promotion.
  • Working with external agencies and in-house teams to develop online and offline marketing materials. This includes, but is not limited to, briefing and proofing creative for eDMs, brochures, digital assets, microsites, social media content and newsletters.
  • Co-ordination of international marketing assets including managing translators and obtaining approval.
  • Event organisation - overseas shipping and exhibition setups, onsite events, stakeholder events and media/community events.
  • Manage and update all digital portals and Berkeley website.
  • Alongside external PR agency, assist in creating communications content. Proofing press releases, media statements and stakeholder correspondence before internal approval.
  • Assisting in the delivery of new Sales & Marketing Suites and show apartments. Supplier liaison, devising timelines and schedules.
  • Regular liaison with the sales team to ensure they have stock of required marketing collateral.
  • Coordination and delivery of site signage requirements.
  • Manage the upload, tagging and structure of the photography library. Mange photographer/videographer bookings and briefs as required.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all channels, tracking conversion rates and web traffic and report back to the team.
  • Assisting in the delivery of marketing tools to assist the sales process including; development models, CGIs, interactive systems and promotional videos.
  • Brand guardian - ensuring both Berkeley and development protocols are adhered to across all channels.
  • Handle invoices where necessary and manage the co-ordination of associated PO numbers.
  • Oversee and carry out other ad hoc administrative tasks including presentations, aiding in award entry collateral.
  • Liaise with the wider Berkeley St Joseph team to share ideas and best practice.
    • Technical Competencies:
  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role within the property industry is vital
  • A marketing degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Excellent level of general computer literacy
  • Experience utilising Google analytics, CRM systems
  • A strong can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Multi-tasker and being able to prioritise your work accordingly
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively to ensure tight deadlines are met
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • A creative flare, and the confidence to put your ideas forward
    • Please note our standard working hours are 8am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
