Job Description

KS1/KS2 Special Needs Teaching AssistantSeptember startPrimary school based in UxbridgeMininum pay: £80 per dayI have a great NEW opportunity which has become available in a Primary school located in Uxbridge, for September start. This opportunity would be suitable for someone who has a passion to work in a primary school with SEN KS1-KS2 Children. We are especiallyfond of TAS who have experience with SEN conditions, as they would be in a better position to understand the children wants and need.EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Childcare qualification (desirable however, not essential)
  • Previous experience working in a UK school.
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)
  • Understanding or experience with or around SEN conditions. not limited to (ADHD, ADD, ASD, EBD, SLCN, SLD)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
