You will be on hand to provide technical support to the site technical team to ensure products produce meet current KFMS and customer requirements and are enhancedwhere appropriate.The successful candidate will collaboratewith the technical and operation teams and other functional areas to build effective relationships, develop trust and promote a food safety & quality first culture.This will be a shift based role with a pattern of 5 out of 7 days, on an AM shift 6am-2pm, flexibility on over time is requiredKey responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance in all areas of the site food safety and quality management system
  • Ensure all finished products are tested against site testing programmes, and that the product meets the required customer standard
  • Ensure all kitchen products are tested against site testing programmes, and that the product meets the required customer standard
  • Ensure required report templates are completed on time, in full and accurately for customers and other stakeholders.
  • Where product does not meet required standards, raise non-conformances to the business and take appropriate holding actions.
  • Assist in the sites review of customer complaints and provide information on quality issues where required.
  • Lead and maintain site management taste panel.
  • Support when required in covering the Sampling Technican role.
  • Ensure all incoming raw materials are checked against specification, and that thematerials meet the required customer standard
