Packing Team LeaderKey aspects of the Packing Team Leader role include:
  • Managing operatives and allocating duties according to production plans.
  • Being able to reactively spot and report machinery dysfunction including diagnosis.
  • Recognizing product quality defects and resolving the issue.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • Good understanding of packing equipment.
  • Management skills.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Understanding KPIs
  • Food manufacturing experience.
