Customer Service Executive Near Hayes, MiddlesexFull-time, PermanentSalary - competitiveWe are lucky to be working with a well-established Tool Hire Company in London who have an immediate need for a Customer Services Executive with exposure to the Tool Hire industry.The job:The role requires you to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.To assist customers to identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.Key TasksOur client are focussed on their employees using their own initiative to achieve results and would be looking for someone to fulfil the following:* Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically.* Respond promptly to customer inquiries* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries.* Educate customer on product range.* Provide pricing and delivery information.* Receive and process orders on behalf of customer in an efficient and accurate manner.* Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how we can add value to their business.* Identify potential customer needs/ opportunities to grow our business.* Respond to customers emails in a professional manner.* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.* Comply with all company procedures and policies including OH&SCompetencies / Characteristics* Previous experience in customer service/sales role, preferable.* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.* Ability to multi task and prioritise.* Sound computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.* Appreciation and an interest in providing exceptional customer service.* Excellent interpersonal skills (Positive, motivated)* Attention to detail and accuracy.In return You will join a business who see their strength as their people.
