Trilingual Customer Service Coordinator - French + ItalianCompetitive base salary + bonus and Benefits(Generous holidays allowance, health insurance and morePermanent, Fulltime - early finish Friday afternoonsBased in Southwest London / Surrey / MiddlesexHybrid, 3 days in the officeJob Reference MS0133446Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently seeking a Trilingual Customer Service coordinator, after-sales executive, return administrator or B to B client service administrator to join an international company SW London.Fluency in English AND French as well as Italian (written and spoken) is required for this role.Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries and returns on assigned markets
  • Coordinate replacements, tech support and/or refunds as per internal processes
  • Providing solutions to business client as well as end-users in an effective and timely manner
  • Tracking queries via ticketing systems, logging calls, and updating CRM systems
  • Monitor level of service and client satisfaction
  • Work closely internal departments and actively participate in improving overall experience of clients
The profile we are looking for:
  • Fluent in English AND French as well as Italian
  • Previous office-based customer service or sales administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised with client centric mindset
  • Positive team player
  • Good numeracy and IT skills
