Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Receptionist to join this friendly and very well established law firm based in the heart of South West London.Duties as follows:

  • To meet and greet clients both on the phone and face to face (previous switchboard experience would be useful)
  • To manage incoming and outgoing post
  • To archive files including arranging for files to be retrieved from storage if required
  • Photocopying as and when required
  • To ensure stationery items are well stocked at all times
  • To undertake general administrative duties as required
  • To accurately type up attendance notes if required
  • To ensure the reception area is kept tidy and to arrange for refreshments for the meeting rooms if required.
  • To take copies of identification in the form of passports from clients for compliance purposes
