Job Description

Are you passionate about human resources and thrive in a dynamic work environment My client is seeking an HR Administrator to join a team and play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department. If youre detail-oriented, organised, and ready to contributeto the success of our organisation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Position: HR AdministratorSalary: £28,000 per annumHybrid- 3 days in office/ 2 days remoteKey Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Managing HR documents, such as contracts, policies, and procedures
  • Coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and taking minutes
  • Participating in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
  • Assisting with performance management processes
  • Responding to employee inquiries and providing necessary HR support
  • Contributing to HR metrics and reports as required
Requirements:
  • A real interest in human resources/administrative role- experience in HR desirable
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • A degree or relevant certification in Human Resources Management or related field is a plus
