Automotive General ManagerSalary: £60,000 plus BRAND NEW TESLA and up to £24,000 in bonus throughout the year OTE£84kLocation WimbledonHours: 2 different shift patterns, 5 days one week, 4 days the next week over 7 days 10am-10pm (NON NEGOTIABLE), One full weekend off every 4 weeks with the 3 days off in the week also.Are you an experienced General Manager in a car dealership or franchise Are you looking to be rewarded for your hard efforts Are you career driven and wanting to make something of yourselfMy automotive exclusive client is looking to recruit a General Manager in their Wimbledon branch. They need someone who can assess their current team, fix whats required and changes strategies required. For this role, you will be given a very good basicsalary with a brand new Tesla company car with the opportunity to earn an extra £24,000 throughout the year from reaching their monthly revenue targets.As the General Manager you will be managing the Site Manager, Department Managers and all Sales individuals within the branch. You will be given the trust and autonomy to run this branch as your own business. You will conduct the morning meetings at 9:45amgiving the team an understanding of whats expected for the day.
