Job Description

  • Assisting the UK and other financial entities with the financial controls, audit and month end.
  • Working cohesively with the marketing and sales team.

  • Support month end close process by group deadlines.
  • Monthly reporting of overheads and with focus on spend vs. forecast in regards to advertising.
  • Ensure teams raise POs to minimise manual payments on SAP.
  • Aid with cash forecasting and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with both internal and external audit teams.
  • Continuous improvement of P2P process and controls.
  • Work with Shared Services team to review trial balance.
  • Abide by company policies and processes.
    • Profile
  • Degree educated.
  • At least 2 years experience in a finance department.
  • Experience of using SAP.
  • Driven, proactive and hard-working individual.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
