Job Description

A global Fintech company is looking for an EA & Office Manager to join the London team, where you will develop and provide a proactive and comprehensive administration, information and support service including providing structure and organisation to thewider team. This will include diary management, travel support, internal and external meeting coordination and general administration.JOB ROLE: EA & Office ManagerINDUSTRY: FintechSALARY: £40k - £45kLOCATION: West End, London, office basedDUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Be responsible for all administrative and operations for the European region
  • Organise and manage the calendars of the team
  • Organise and manage travel itineraries for the team (booking of flights, hotels, etc.)
  • Assist in organizing and preparing for client-facing events, meetings and conferences
  • Assist with business development activities (management of the CRM tool and supporting with outreach)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT and office systems queries
  • Efficiently manage office supplies and expenses, including stationary, office pantry, printing supplies and monitoring costs against budget.
  • Responsible for Europe-specific HR & Recruitment matters
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
  • 3 year experience within a similar position
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence through performance management
  • People Management - experience managing multi skilled teams
  • Proven experience working with C-Suite levels
  • Excellent written and verbal direct communication skills
  • IT Literate - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
