Job Description

Business Services CoordinatorSouth West LondonUp to £24,000Our client, a subsidiary of an international bank, currently have an excellent opportunity for a Business Services Coordinator to join their team.The role has a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Contact with both internal and external customers
  • The administration of internal systems
  • Updating business codes
  • Dealing with amendments from weekly reports
  • Calculating customer requests
  • General office administration duties
    • To be considered for this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
  • Minimum GCSE level (or equivalent) education, to include Maths and English at grade C or above
  • Previous experience of providing administrative support in a corporate environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, with the ability to learn new systems
  • A high level of time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to understand the needs of both internal and external customers
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to work on your own initiative, as well as in a team
