Job Description

Administrator required in the Healthcare industry who will provide essential secretarial and business support to a small, close knit team.The role demands an eye for detail, strong administrative skills, and a proactive approach to managing documentation.Client DetailsThe organisation is a mid-sized healthcare provider based in South West London, offering services to a diverse clientele. With a committed team of professionals, they strive to deliver top-notch healthcare solutions while maintaining a supportive and collaborativework environment.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the Administrator will be as follows:

  • Acting as a key point of contact between the management team and internal/external contacts, resolving queries and problem-solving.
  • Managing new referral inquiries from initial contact through to case allocation.
  • Proofreading reports and clinical documentation, utilising advanced Microsoft Word features and formatting.
  • Day-to-day management of office processes and general administration.
  • Overseeing the companys cases and case management software, including monthly audit processes and general case administration.
  • Managing compliance issues such as insurance, health & safety, policies, and processes.
  • Overseeing quality assurance procedures/administration, including monitoring supervision, contractor registrations, and client/referrer surveys.
  • Collaborating with the management team to identify and implement service development and operational improvements.
  • Organising company meetings, training days, and conferences.
  • Accounting for all billable and non-billable time.
ProfileThe successful Administrator should have:
  • Evidence of working to an extremely high level of detail and accuracy, including the review and proofreading of business-critical documentation (Essential).
  • Evidence of working efficiently, completing tasks within an allocated time-frame (Essential).
  • Experience of taking ownership of processes and working autonomously.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Word & Excel (Essential).
  • Ability to understand, remember, and implement policies and processes within a short time-frame (Essential).
  • Experience of working in a clinical or professional services/billable hours business (Desirable).
Job OfferThis is a permanent opportunity, office based role:
  • A competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum.
