Job Description

The OpportunityNigel Wright are delighted to be supporting our client with their requirement for a HSE Administrator to join their team.This position is a 12 month Fixed Term contract to cover a period of Maternity Leave, and will ideally commence from April 2024.Working 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday (3.30 finishes on Fridays!) with some excellent benefits, this is a fantastic role for an experienced Administrator looking for their next opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesTo provide administrative support, co-ordinate and process a range of HSE administration tasks and to provide support to the HSE team in order to maintain an efficient and effective service to the Company.

  • To co-ordinate all aspects of HSE facilities management
  • Providing day to day HSE & Fire admin support to the HSE team
  • Assist in the electronic filing of minutes and reports
  • Compile accurate Company weekly and monthly reports, including KPIs
  • Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
  • Log and communicate all internal and external reports
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is kept up to date on thesystem
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of HSEtraining awareness sessions
  • Maintain and administer an effective HSE communication system including HSE notice boards, e-boards and issuing of HSE communication
Person SpecificationSkills, Knowledge and Experience
  • IOSH Working Safely qualification (desirable)
  • Full range of communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software - Word / Excel / PowerPoint
  • Proactive approach and willing to learn
  • Works well in a team
  • Demonstrate high standard of organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload
