The OrganisationPremier Tech is a leading player in manufacturing packaged wastewater treatment plants, as well as providing rain water harvesting and storm water solutions.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business that is investing significantly in people, product and facilities and this geographical area represents one of Premier Techs strongest performing coverage areas in their UK and Ireland business.The RoleWorking as part of the Global HR & OD team, this is a brand new role within the site leadership team at Peterlee.Key elements of the role include;

• Working closely with the leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and supporting people related activities
• Talent attraction, development and retention
• Proactively supporting managers with any employee relations matters
• Supporting the modernisation of the business and the HR service offering
• Overseeing all HR administration and coordination of employee lifecycle activities
• Stand-alone role in Peterlee with the benefit of working as part of an international OD team

The PersonPremier Tech are looking to interview experienced HR / OD Advisors who are looking to develop their careers within an international business. You will be qualified to degree level or equivalent and have a good generalist skill set including employee relations,recruitment and training.
