Job Description

Wellington College is one of the worlds leading co-educational boarding and day schools and has an enviable reputation for excellence and innovation, located in rural Berkshire in a stunning 400 acre campus. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicatedVisiting LAMDA Teacher to join our Drama Department.You will join on a self employed basis and in return we will offer you a competitive salary, for a 1 year initial contract starting January 2022.We are looking for an experienced self-employed LAMDA teacherrequired to teach one day per week. The successful candidate will have a successful track record teaching Acting, Public Speaking and Musical Theatre up to Grade 8 and be comfortable teaching in a one-to-one setting.Key responsibilities: To teach lessons inActing, Musical Theatre, Public Speaking or Speaking Verse and Prose To teach the theory requirements according to the LAMDA specifications To timetable and plan 15 lessons over the course of the year leading to the student being entered for an appropriateexam.
