We are currently recruiting for a Trainee NewsReporter within our newest specialist publication, Global Banking RegulationReview (GBRR) brand. Youll be writing news to an audience of legalprofessionals worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to use and developyour journalism skills within an international organisation working on a globalscale. GBRR aims to be the indispensable source of newsand insight for the top rank of banking regulation professionals across theworld in law firms, regulators and in-house at banks themselves. Focusing on thewholesale banking market, GBRR will cover prudential regulation, fintech,derivatives, bank corporate governance, misconduct and regulatory enforcement.Were looking for the human interest in the regulatory announcements, thestories in the data, and the trends in the stories. What you would you be doing We are looking for intellectually curiousindividuals who can research, report and write news, analysis, features andsurveys. Relying on court documents, data, regulatory filings and sourceinterviews to craft analytical and timely news stories, youll be expected tolearn to write in a style and tone that cuts through jargon and spin to deliveraccessible prose. Working collaboratively as part of a tight knit team, youwill provide accurate and timely news content on a daily basis and contributeto larger research projects and produce interviews and features under thedirection of the Editor.
