Microsoft Trainer/IT Infrastructure Skills Coach (Remote Working)Pertemps Work Based Learning is currently working with a fantastic training provider based in the UK.The training provider has successfully won a new contract to deliver Bootcamp Training Sessions in partnership with the Government.This Training Provides boasts an accolade of amazing awards and recognitions which include UKs Best Workplace for 4 consecutive years, the Sunday Times Top 100 Company to Work, FE Week Digital Apprenticeship Provider of the Year, Winners of the Great Placeto Work award, and Best Workplace for Women. The role of the Microsoft Trainer is a remote position and will involve the delivery of accredited 12-16-week training courses in IT which will also include Infrastructure.The courses are aimed at employed, unemployed, and those looking to re-skill in their current role, so you will be working with a wide variety of learners. Salary between £35000-£40000+bonus Fully Remote Role 25 Days + public holidays Laptop & Mobile ProvidedTypical duties of the IT Infrastructure Skills Coach: Work alongside the Bootcamp Project Director and Quality & Curriculum Manager to develop the training methodologies curriculum content and resources currently used within the business. Coach, mentor, and guide learners who are engaged in the Bootcamp training programmes Plan and design specific industry-standard learning programmes in competencies, behaviours, and relationships. Actively support, mentor, and motivate learners in their training course, and aid with the completion of this. Prepare training/group session plans, utilising a variety of training methods, accommodating different learning styles. Use effective material and appropriate resources, at a pace and level which meets learners needs. Provide insightful, constructive, and informative feedback to help the learner maximise their potential. Observe, mark and review work produced by learners to ensure it is of the appropriate standard to reflect the learners qualification.Skills and Experience Required for the IT Trainer/ Infrastructure Skills Coach. Hold a recognised Teaching Qualification is desirable, but not essential for the role (PTLLS, Award in Education and Training) Educated to a degree level in Computer Science or Information Systems. Certified and able to teach CompTIA A+ is essential Microsoft Certified with previous experience delivering Microsoft recognised programmes Up-to-date knowledge and experience working with IT Infrastructure, including Hardware, Software, Networking and Data Storage.
