Job Description

Frazer Jones is delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a fast paced & high growth business to help them recruit an HR Business Partner. This is a newly created role due to growth and will join a highly successful and collaborative HR team who have an exciting vision for the future! Hybrid working is offered with only 1 day per week in the office.As the HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organisational success. You will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing strategic HR guidance on a wide range oftopics including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.Supporting a headcount of circa 500 people you will drive a culture of excellence and engagement where people feel empowered to succeed.Essential background:

  • A strong background of operating as an HR Business Partner ideally within a high growth business.
  • Demonstrable experience in a variety of HR functional areas to include, organisational development, change management and complex employee relations.
  • Proven success of setting up and delivering process improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to challenge and influence.
  • Ability to make commercial decisions whilst minimising risk to the business.
  • Professional and flexible in your approach, able to adapt to changing requirements and circumstances.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong HR systems experience to enable process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data, allowing commercial decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into HR initiatives
