Find out more at: www.whitehillprimary.com whitehillprimaryschool WhitehillPS The Role (will include) Support children in classes in the delivery of qualitylearning and teachingProviding 1:1 and small group supportSupporting the child/childrenwith their educational,behavioural, emotional and social developmentBuilding and maintaining successful relationships withchildren, whist treating them with respect and considerationProviding expertise to deliver a personalised curriculumfor each pupils learningHavingthe highest expectation that every child will makesustained academic and personal progressUsing your strong numeracy, literacy and communicationskills to help develop the pupils standardsThe Person must: Preferably have experience of working in school asateaching assistant or similarPossess a minimum of GCSE grade C/4 or above or FunctionalSkills Level 2 in English and Mathematics Work well in a dedicated team committed to providing everychild with the support and opportunities they need to progress in theirlearningDemonstratecommitment and enthusiasm in their interactionwith children and colleaguesBe able to work collaboratively with a range of adults egSEN Leadership, Teachers, other TAsHave the desire to grow and developThis appointment will start as soon as possible. Salary will be The Decus Educational Trust (TDET) Range 3: £12,849per annum, including pro rata holiday pay (equivalent to £18,424 per annum fora full-time, all year round post).
