Job Description

Are you an experienced Tradesman/Site Supervisor seeking an opportunity to work with an industry leading contractor Do you wish to really further your career with a company who provide progression and trainingAn exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to join one of the nations most reputable roofing contractors providing high spec solutions across multiple sites. The company pride themselves on delivering high spec results for their clients.The ideal candidate will have an experience in construction works with familiarity in the roofing sector to manage an array of sites across North Devon. You will be reporting to the Contracts Manage assisting in delivering on time projects, organizing labor,ensure materials are of high standard and readily available on site.The company are growing from strength to strength and are currently managing 30 sites across North Devon alone. The ideal candidate will supervise 15 sites from Bude to Barnstable so a full UK license is essential. You will be supervising the day to day runningof multiple sites with time restraints in mind so motivational skills and confidence in managing labor is key.The opportunity allows the right person to step into this position with the potential for serious career progression and further training.   • Experienced tradesman with desire to progress
  • Roofing experience desired

The Role:
  • Oversee and supervise the day to day duties on contracted sites.
  • Report to the contracts manager.
  • Confidently motivate and liaise with site labour.
