Pay: WAT Scale H spine points 26 - 30(£30,451-£33,782) Start Date: Immediate After the retirement of a long-standing member ofstaff, St Augustine Academy is looking to recruit a Site Manager with immediateeffect. The successful candidate will be responsible forensuring our site is legally compliant, well maintained, safe, and fit forpurpose at all times. As part of your duties, you will be responsible forthe oversight of all site security, repairs and maintenance, cleaning, anddevelopment of the site, including the safe, compliant, and efficient operationof any CCTV, fire and burglar alarms, building management systems, and plantroom equipment. Through your leadership and development of the siteand cleaning teams, you will be able to deliver the annual site targets to ensurethe best value on all premises activities, and for ensuring the premises budgetis not exceeded. This role will suit somebody who is both astrategic and an operational thinker and is able to easily switch fromoperating the relevant ICT support systems to checking the right spannermeasurements.
