Site Manager/Supervisor (Doorsets & Joinery)Due to continued growth and development, an exciting opportunity exists for additional Site Managers/Site Supervisors to join our clients Project Management Team.With involvement in a range of projects, you will lead our clients team to deliver high quality joinery and doorset installations. Training and development is offered to ensure all team members are trained to BM Trada Q-Mark Fire Doorset Installation & Maintenancestandards in addition to our Company Procedures and Standards. A good level of joinery experience and skills is preferred to allow smooth management of 1st & 2nd fix packages, along with installation of fitted furniture, shop fronts, etc, all of which we canbe involved with at times.A large proportion of works are within the Healthcare sector including Mental Health. The quality of their manufacture and installation is something they are extremely proud of, aided by their bespoke knowledge and skills of these environments. This passionneeds to be replicated through yourself and across the wider team. It is important to both our client and their clients, that all team members can appreciate the complex needs and requirements of mental health environments to ensure the continued safety andsecurity to patients and staff at all times during challenging experiences. Under nocircumstances are corners cut at any time. A strong appreciation for Health & Safety is paramount to ensure the safety of all individuals at all times during our works on site. Your teams will vary in size and the projects will vary in scale, ranging fromsingular one off doorset replacements, through to full joinery packages, doorset packages and our employment as Principle Contractor for internal refurbishment projects, which can see them employing and managing other subcontract trades bringing in furtherrequirements under CDM regulations.The Company owners are very much hands on and focus on delivering a strong and stable work life for all employees with a range of benefits including Company Pension, branded Workwear, PPE, Company Healthcare Plan, plus your birthday off with full pay inaddition to the standard 28 days holiday allowance (including bank holidays).Led by the Projects Manager, you will assist in the planning and managing of multiple sites and travel to and from site within the Company fleet of vehicles as required. Site locations vary from as close by as Scunthorpe, to further afield across the Country.We have a limit to daily travel to and from site for the site team members, with sites based further afield operated with travel to site generally on a Monday, returning on a Friday, with the Company covering costs of accommodation and subsistence. Workingaway is not every week, however, is required occasionally. You may be needed to visit sites further afield within a day or for a period of a week, depending on the project and needsYour assistance with the development and training of the Projects Team will be important to ensure Company Standards and team skills are constantly adhered and developed to their full potential. We are keen to begin an apprenticeship scheme to bring in thenext generation offering them a high level of support and guidancePay is negotiable depending on skills, experience and attitude
