Job Description

Service Engineer required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer of Road Sweepers and Cleaning Vehicles who are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to cover the Midlands and South of England areas.Service Engineer - Road Sweepers Position Overview

  • Carrying out planned servicing, repairs and diagnostics on a range of road sweepers
  • Carrying out servicing of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and general repairs
  • Using electrical meters, hydraulics flow, pressures gauges and diagnostic tools
  • Liaising with the service desk
  • Recording log on / log off times and job details for the service database
  • Maintaining company tools
  • Carrying out stock audits within the van and arranging for parts to be sent from the service desk
Service Engineer - Road Sweepers Position Requirements
  • Previous Service Engineering experience within the road sweeper or plant machinery / equipment industry
  • Good electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge
  • Based within the midlands or south of England
  • Good time management skills
Service Engineer - Road Sweepers Position Remuneration
  • Salary £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
  • Monday to Thursday 07:00 - 16:30. Fridays 07:00 - 15:30. Permanent position.
