What will I be doing

Manage a manageable caseload of around 20 cases.
Utilise resources and technology to empower families.
Assess and safeguard children at risk, adhering to legal and ethical frameworks.
Contribute to the development of other social workers, potentially including student supervision.
Champion the Signs of Safety methodology.
Effectively communicate with service users and other professionals.

Requirements

Qualified Social Worker with experience in CIN/CP work.
Strong commitment to safeguarding children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
Ideally, local residency in the Southwest of England (due to potential emergency response needs).
