Pay: £23,107-£27,163 plusinterrupted lunch allowance Start Date: Immediate Do you have a strong background inestates management and are looking for a fresh challenge Endeavour MAT is looking to appointa School Premises Manager for Wilmington Grammar Schoolfor Girls. This is abusy role and you will be responsible for a large and complex site. You willneed to be proactive and resourceful with demonstrable experience of facilitiesmanagement, health & safety compliance and small/ medium sized projectmanagement.As the Premises Manager you willbe responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, maintenance andcleanliness across the school estate. You will work as part of a Trust widePremises Team lead by the Head of Premises & Estates and working closelywiththe School Business Manager and Head Teacher on a day to day basis. Youwill be supported by our hardworking Assistant Premises Managers and cleaningteam. You will also work collaboratively with the Premises Managers at ourother schools in the Dartford area.You will need to demonstrate:A good level of education, with aminimum of GCSE Maths and EnglishThe ability to manage andsupervise othersExperience of small/ medium sizedproject planning and budget monitoringKnowledge to carry out practical/DIYtasks in-houseand oversee larger projects safely across a complexsiteA clean driving licence (andwillingness to undertake minibus driver training)The commitment to safeguard thewellbeing of children at all times.Normal working hours for theposition are 8am to 4pm. The schoolsite is currently open between 7am and 6.45pmand you will need to ensure the unlocking and locking is appropriately staffed,which will include occasional early/late shifts.
